Colleen offers more than 25 years of leadership experience developing strategic marketing roadmaps for organizations of all sizes. As a former Vice President of Marketing for Westfield Corporation, Inc., she has crafted branding, promotional, and community outreach campaigns for large scale redevelopment projects including super-regional shopping centers. Colleen has created and produced national and statewide educational programs including widely recognized athletic, academic and arts initiatives.
Colleen currently works mainly with law firms and professional service providers to develop brand strategies, streamline marketing functions, and deliver targeted results.
Roger V. LaFrancois

Roger is a former MLB player and baseball coach. Team building is Roger's specialty. His successful baseball career has enabled him to acquire extensive personal contacts and the ability to target, attract and book top-tier celebrities for speaking engagements at corporate meetings and special events.
Roger is also a multi-talented business development professional with the proven ability to build community relations programs, sell corporate sponsorships and direct operations of major conventions and trade shows. He is a Founder/Director of the World Baseball and Softball Coaches Clinics which have been held annually since 2003 at the Mohegan Sun Resort in Connecticut, attracting more than 5,000 coaches each year.
